1. ROLLERS AND DRUM PULLEYS

   The company is engaged in manufacturing of all kinds of conveyors’ rollers and drum pulleys, which are integral part of any belt conveying system, with an installed capacity of manufacturing 30000 rollers and drum pulleys per month. The rollers and drum pulleys we manufacture, are made of mild steel, structural steel, and high-density polyethylene (HDPE). We are capable of manufacturing conveyors’ rollers and drum pulleys with length varying from 6.0 inches (152.4mm) to 78.7 inches (2000mm), and the diameter ranging from 2.0 inches (50.8mm) to 8.5 inches (215mm). The rollers and pulleys are manufactured with pipes, ball-bearings, and bright bars of best-in-class quality.

2. SCREEN WIRE MESHES

   The company specializes in manufacturing of screen wire meshes with aperture size ranging from 1.0mm to 100.0mm. Material of construction is customisable between mild steel (MS), structural steel (SS) and high-carbon steel (HCS). The operating capacity, at present for screen wire mesh stands at 80 tons per month.

3. PERFORATE PLATE MESHES

   We also manufacture perforated plated meshes with an installed capacity of 12000 square feet per month. Material of construction for perforated plate mesh is mild steel (MS), and structural steel (SS), and the range of aperture size is 5mm to 80mm.

4. VENDOR MANAGED INVENTORY (VMI)

   The company provides Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) services for conveyor rollers and wire meshes for customers with annual requirement of minimum 5000 rollers (all types cumulative), 50 tons of wire meshes, and 2000 square feet of perforated plate meshes.  

5. MINE TO MILL OPTIMIZATION

   The company specializes in providing customised solutions in field of “Mine to Mill Optimisation” – a customized improvisation, which enables optimization of cost and productivity of the total umbrella of activities involved in mining and mineral beneficiation for all minerals, rocks and ores. This is an “on-site” service where baseline study, data analysis and implementation of revised / suggested / improvised practices are executed within a time-frame of 3-4 weeks.
